You can download the last release here: SimpleCompass.jar. All configuration parameters are explained in this config.yml. There is no dependencies, simply drop the jar file into your plugin directory, then restart (or reload) your server. Options are: Use always the compass, never or in only on elytra / vehicle. I personally recommend "SimpleCoords" by Schnoggo, it's a stand-alone, low-overhead mod featuring a drop-down box that allows you to type-in the coords you're looking for (you have to be in the right zone). All they do is add a small box - either floating or attached to your minimap - that shows you where you are. To load, you simply "Extract All" (it's a command on your Explorer "file" menu, which will open when you download) of the file(s) into the WorldofWar\Interface\Addons subdirectory (you have to re-start if you're already playing). (3) You can download a mod from almost any WoW or Gaming site - like IncGamers ( ), Curse Gaming ( ), or TenTonHammer ( ) to name a few, not to mention "collection" packs such as Cartographer or Cosmos. The first ("x") number increases as you go to the right (East), and the second ("y") number increases as you go down (South). 0,0 is the top left corner of the zone map, and 100, 100 is the bottom right (which means the middle is at 50,50). The coordinate system is built-in to the game by Blizzard, which is why if you don't want a mod you can use a macro (see below) to display them. (1) Yes, they're already part of the game.

(1) They're already part of the game, (2) They're easy to use - they actually take less time to figure out than it does to post a message griping about not knowing them, and (3) Mods to display them are free - unless you choose to make a contribution. Now, I'm finally going to take issue with those who don't know thier own coordinates and who seem to feel holier-than-thou about it. My thanks to everyone who includes coords in their message posts! Triangulation point is at 28, 41 - with a flying mount, you can land at the base of Manaforge Ara (hint, for those of you who don't know your own coordnates), triangulate, remount and fly over to the arrow (just a few yards away) and take off again without engaging anyone - though you might get one back-stab attack, as I did, as you depart.
